kkrb Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and kkrb (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the kkrb website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the kkrb Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any service offered by kkrb, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the kkrb Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. Access to kkrb is intended for players located in Bangladesh. You must not access or use the Platform if doing so is prohibited under the laws applicable to you.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one registered account on kkrb. The following are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Allowing another person to use your kkrb account
• Using an account that belongs to another person
• Registering on behalf of another individual

Violation of the one-account policy may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

When registering your kkrb account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to update your account details promptly if any information changes. kkrb is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

03 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are wholly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kkrb login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it
• You must notify kkrb support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• kkrb will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel
• You should use a strong, unique password and enable any additional security features offered by the Platform

kkrb employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all sessions and transactions. However, the security of your account credentials remains your personal responsibility. kkrb cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login information.

04 Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Payment Channels

kkrb accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh:

4.2 Deposit Currency

4.3 Deposit Processing

4.4 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are from a legitimate source and that you are the lawful owner of the payment account used. kkrb may request documentation to verify the source of funds at any time. Deposits made using funds obtained through unlawful activity are strictly prohibited.

05 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, your kkrb account must be fully verified. This includes identity verification and, where applicable, payment method verification. kkrb reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all required verification steps have been completed satisfactorily.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

kkrb aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay wallets within 15 minutes to 2 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

5.3 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

As a general rule, withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. kkrb may, at its discretion, offer alternative withdrawal routes where the original method is unavailable.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published within the kkrb Platform's payment section. These limits may be adjusted from time to time. Players with VIP or high-value account status may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits upon request and verification.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

kkrb offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal restrictions applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Players should review these requirements before accepting any bonus.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

kkrb takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once
• Collusion with other players to exploit bonus structures
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to fulfil wagering requirements
• Placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts or with other players to guarantee a risk-free outcome while satisfying wagering conditions

6.4 Promotional Eligibility

kkrb reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotional offers are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice. Players resident in certain regions or using certain payment methods may be excluded from specific promotions.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games available on the kkrb Platform — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and crash games — are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) certified engines that have been independently audited for fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the theoretical long-term payout rates and are provided for informational purposes.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the round will be declared void and any stake placed will be returned to your kkrb wallet
• kkrb's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kkrb Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or making fraudulent chargebacks
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions for financial gain
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, AI agents, or any automated system to interact with games or betting markets
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access, interfere with, or reverse-engineer any part of the kkrb Platform
• Third-Party Play: Allowing any person other than the registered account holder to use your account

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any kkrb content without prior written permission from kkrb.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkrb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss resulting from:

• Platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to service
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials
• Changes to game rules, odds, or promotional offers
• Any action taken by kkrb in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or closure

kkrb's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their kkrb account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments to These Terms

kkrb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will take effect from the date they are published on the kkrb Platform. Where the changes are material, kkrb will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised version. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the kkrb Platform, you should first contact kkrb's customer support team to seek an informal resolution.

kkrb aims to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the exclusive means of dispute resolution. Nothing in this clause limits kkrb's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief through a court of competent jurisdiction.

kkrb does not submit to the jurisdiction of any regulatory body not explicitly referenced in these Terms. Claims regarding game outcomes must be submitted within 14 days of the relevant game session. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
